9. OVERHEAT DETECTION BLD DUCT LEAK (L,C,R) OVHT ENG 1 NAC APU DUCT LEAK NOTE: Status message only. Will cause APU to shut down and it can not be restarted until maintenance action is taken.
10. WHEEL WELL FIRE INDICATION FIRE WHEEL WELL Single loop fire detector routed through all 4 wheel wells If a fire is detected the fire bell sounds and EICAS message displays.

CARGO FIRE PROTECTION FIRE CARGO FWD ARMED ARMED FIRE CARGO AFT DISCH DISCHARGE SWITCH DISCH – Pushed will discharge extinguishing agent to the armed cargo compartment and provide 215 min of suppression. FIRE CARGO ARMED SWITCHES FWD/AFT – Red indicates Fire in related cargo compartment ARMED –The extinguishing system for selected compartment is armed. The equipment cooling system configured to OVRD mode. Pack #3 and all fans are shut off.

Bottles C & D discharge through regulators giving a maximum hold over time of 215 Min’s. Pushing DISCH SW fires squibs in bottles A &B into selected compartment.
14. CARGO SMOKE DETECTION FWD ARMED A A B B A AND B EJECTOR PUMP CENTER PNEUMATIC MANIFOLD Each cargo compartment has 2 zones. Each zone has 2 dual loop smoke detectors. Smoke detector air is drawn from the cargo compartment by an ejector pump. The air source for the ejector pump is the centre pneumatic manifold. Both loop in a smoke detector must detect smoke to generate a fire warning.
