Super P-Force Tablets, a combination of Sildenafil Citrate
100mg and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride 60mg, is new
combination medication which is used for the treatment of
erectile dysfunction in adult males 18 to 64 years of age when
at the same time treatment of premature ejaculation is also
necessary.

Super P-Force Tablets are
manufactured by Sunrise
Remedies Private Limited,
India in the strength of 160 mg.

The active ingredients contained in
Super P-Force tablets are Dapoxetine
Hydrochloride and Sildenafil Citrate.
Each tablet of Super P-Force contains
100 mg Sildenafil and 60 mg of
Dapoxetine .

Uses of Super P-Force 160 mg tablets:
Super P-Force tablets, is a combination of Sildenafil 100mg and Dapoxetine 60mg.
Sildenafil Citrate belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5
(PDE5) inhibitors and is used to treat erectile dysfunction. It increases blood flow to the
penis to help men get an erection. At least two-thirds of men have improved erections
after taking it.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride is a type of drug called a selective serotonin reuptake
inhibitor (SSRI) and is indicated for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) in
adult men aged 18 to 64 years. Dapoxetine Hydrochloride should only be prescribed to
patients who meet all the following criteria:
An intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) of less than two minutes; and
Persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on, or shortly
after penetration and before the patient wishes; and Marked personal distress or
interpersonal difficulty as a consequence of PE; and Poor control over ejaculation; and
a history of premature ejaculation in the majority of intercourse attempts over the prior
6 months.

Uses of Super P-Force 160 mg tablets:
Super P-Force should be administered only as on-demand
treatment before anticipated sexual activity. Super P-Force
tablets should not be prescribed to delay ejaculation in men
who have not been diagnosed with PE.
This medication should only be prescribed to adult men to
treat erectile dysfunction as well as premature ejaculation
at the same time.

Recommended Adult Dosage
The recommended dose of
Super P-Force (Generic Sildenafil and Dapoxetine Tablets) is one
tablet of 160 mg taken approximately 1 to 3 hours before
sexual activity.
Do not take more than one tablet within 24 hours. i.e. At least
24 hours should pass before you take the next dose of this
medication.

Contraindications
➔Super P-Force is contraindicated in patients with a known
hypersensitivity to Sildenafil Citrate, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride
or any component of the tablet.
➔Administration of Super P-Force Tablets to patients who are
using organic nitrates, either regularly and/or intermittently, in any
form is contraindicated.
➔Treatment with Super P-Force Tablets should not be generally
used in men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable because of their
underlying cardiovascular status, or in patients with significant
pathological cardiac conditions.

Contraindications
➔Super P-Force Tablets are contraindicated for concomitant
treatment with thioridazine or serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or within
14 days of discontinuing treatment with thioridazine or serotonin
reuptake inhibitors.
➔Concomitant treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors
(MAOIs), or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with an MAOI.
Similarly, an MAOI should not be administered within 7 days after
Super P-Force has been discontinued is contraindicated.
➔Administration of this medicine to patients with moderate and
severe hepatic impairment is contraindicated.

Contraindications
➔Concomitant treatment of potent CYP3A4 inhibitors
such as Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir,
Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Nefazadone, Nelfinavir,
Atazanavir, etc. along with Super P-Force tablets is
contraindicated.

Storage Instructions
Super P-Force (Generic Sildenafil and
Dapoxetine Tablets) has to be stored at
controlled room temperature i.e. from 20°C to
25°C (68°F to 77°F) with excursions
permitted between 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F).
Keep this as well as all other medicines away
from children and pets.

Warnings
Patients should not use Super P-Force tablets if sexual activity is
inadvisable due to cardiovascular status.
Patients should seek emergency treatment if an erection lasts for more
than four hours. Use Super P-Force with caution in patients predisposed
to priapism.
Patients should stop using Super P-Force and seek medical care if a
sudden loss of vision occurs in one or both eyes, which could be a sign of
non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Patients must
cease using Super P-Force 160 mg and seek prompt medical attention in
the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing.

Warnings
Use of Super P-Force is co-administered with alpha-blockers or
anti-hypertensives may lead to hypotension. Decreased blood
pressure, syncope, and prolonged erection could occur at higher
Sildenafil Citrate exposures.
Dizziness, disturbance in attention, syncope, blurred vision and
somnolence have been reported in patients receiving Dapoxetine
Hydrochloride, a constituent of Super P-Force. Patients must be
informed not to use Super P-Force in combination with
recreational drugs.

Warnings
Combining alcohol with Super P-Force may increase alcohol-related
neurocognitive effects and may also enhance neurocardiogenic adverse
events such as syncope, thereby increasing the risk of accidental injury;
therefore, patients must be advised to avoid alcohol while taking Super P-
Force.
Possibly prodromal symptoms such as nausea, dizziness/lightheadedness, and
diaphoresis were reported more frequently among patients treated with
Dapoxetine, a constituent of Super P-Force compared to placebo.
An orthostatic test must be carried out before starting therapy. In case
of a history of documented or suspected orthostatic reaction, treatment
with Super P-Force should be avoided.

Warnings
Super P-Force must not be administered to patients with a
history of mania/hypomania or bipolar disorder and must be
discontinued in any patient who develops symptoms of these
disorders.
Super P-Force therapy should be discontinued in any patient who
develops seizures and avoided in patients with unstable epilepsy.

Effects On Ability To Drive And Use Machines
Do not drink large amounts of alcohol before sexual activity. Patients taking Sildenafil
Citrate, a component of this medicine, are warned that if they experience changes in
vision, or dizziness, when taking the medicine then they should not drive or operate
machinery.
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, a component of this medicine, has minor or moderate
influence on the ability to drive and use machines. Dizziness, disturbance in attention,
syncope, blurred vision and somnolence have been reported in subjects receiving
Dapoxetine in clinical trials. Therefore, patients should be warned to avoid situations
where injury could result, including driving or operating hazardous machinery.
Combining alcohol with Dapoxetine may increase alcohol-related neurocognitive effects
and may also enhance neurocardiogenic adverse events such as syncope, thereby
increasing the risk of accidental injury; therefore, patients should be advised to avoid
alcohol while taking Dapoxetine Hydrochloride.

Possible Side Effects
Most common side effects due to Sildenafil Citrate with an
incidence rate of 2% or more include headache, flushing,
dyspepsia, abnormal vision, nasal congestion, back pain,
myalgia, nausea, dizziness and rash.
The most common side effects caused by Dapoxetine
Hydrochloride with an incidence rate of 5% or more are
headache, dizziness, nausea, dry mouth, diarrhoea,
insomnia and fatigue.

Super P-Force Overdosage
The overdose effects due to Sildenafil can cause prolonged
erections, known as priapism, nausea, chest pains and irregular
heartbeat. In case priapism is not treated within 24 hours the
penis may become permanently damaged, leading to
difficulties achieving an erection in future.
In general, symptoms of overdose with Dapoxetine are
somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea
and vomiting, tachycardia, tremor, agitation and
dizziness.

Treatment of Overdosage
In cases of Super P-Force overdose, standard supportive
measures should be adopted as required. Renal dialysis is not
expected to accelerate clearance as Sildenafil Citrate is highly
bound to plasma proteins and it is not eliminated in the urine.
Due to high protein binding and large volume of
distribution of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, forced diuresis,
dialysis, hemoperfusion and exchange transfusion are
unlikely to be of benefit.

Pregnancy
Sildenafil Citrate has been classified by the US FDA
Pregnancy Category B .
Dapoxetine Hydrochloride has been classified by
the US FDA as Pregnancy Category C .
Super P-Force is not indicated for use by women.
