EUth Surveys ,[object Object],07/06/09 ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],Survey # 1 Kick off on 27-11-2007 Last data collected on 6-12-2007 Our main purpose was to investigate the issue of Trust: in Young Europeans’ personal future, in national and European politicians, in Europe itself as a new way of living their own lives More than 80% of the sample was from 18 to 26 years old More than 80% of the sample strongly feel as a European citizen 35% 45% 20% More than 60% have a high/medium interest in taking part to political activities 7% 35% 58% Around 35% have a low level of trust in EU politicians
