The attached files are the TOEIC MATERIALS containing the STUDENT and
TUTOR's COPY).

The aforementioned material will be utilized starting DEC 1 as one of the latest
lessons that the company has developed.

The TOEIC material was constructed similarly with the original TOEIC test.

It is composed of 50 TOEIC LESSONS that aims to improve the client's grammar
and vocabulary skills.

On January, the new set of TOIEC Materials will be sent to you again, the staff will
update you concerning this matter.

There are selected tutors who are assigned to handle the TOEIC Materials but just

The student will inform you if he/she is a TOEIC client.

The student's copy has no answer while the tutor's copy contains the answer.

You will give the file to the students via skype. The file is not heavy and it takes

Attached are the latest LEVEL TEST MATERIALS (1)(2)(3) both with tutor's and
client's copy.

The company has developed 2 ADDITIONAL LEVEL TESTS to be used as a
SUBSTITUTE for LEVEL TEST 1 but the priority is still LEVEL TEST 1.

The Materials range from SIMPLE (LEVEL TEST 1) MEDIUM (LEVEL TEST 2) and
DIFFICULT (LEVEL TEST 3). Tutor can choose from the three level test materials If
the client will request for his level to be rechecked (LEVEL UP)

The Scoring system is similar to LEVEL TEST 1. Refer to LEVEL TEST 1 for the
SCORE TABLE.

A reminder for using the LEVEL TEST MATERIALS:

Skytalk is currently gaining popularity at Japan
and one of the biggest factor that influenced that popularity is you.

Now, the situation is changing, clients are backing out and are disappointed due to
sudden cancellations and reallocation of their lessons.

Your Japanese students are strict about time and schedule, as you all know.
In order for your clients to take their lesson with you after their work,
they will rush and take the cab to be at home immediately.

As per the clients, having their lesson with you is not just a lesson rather a promise
to their tutors that they will attend the lesson. This might sound strange but we are
dealing with Japanese clients and they value appointments made most specially
the
promise that they have created by making reservations with you.

Then again, please avoid canceling your schedule and take care of the students
that value you. If you won't take care of them, they willback out which would result
to decrease client base.

In the end, all of us will be affected.

1. Starting tomorrow for the tutor's who are late 4CM / monitoring will be calling
three times only, after that no more calls shall be done and lesson cancellation will
proceed. (Please update us will your celphone numbers)

2. For tutors who requests for lesson cancellation. 4CM needs to recheck the
details carefully (need reason), after rechecking for the time vailidity, lesson
cancellation will proceed.

3. If a tutor requests for lesson cancellation and is online, 4CM / monitoring shall
confirm with the tutor, if the tutor failed to respond within 10 mins, lesson

4. For the tutors who fluctuated 3x's successively, 2 lessons will be canceled
automatically.

5. If a tutor is not on her pc or laptop without informing 4CM, and reallocation was
made for them, all lessons shall be cancelled the following day.

6. Tutors who asks another person to type-in their timecard (on time) for them while
tutor still out and was late, all lessons the following day shall be reallocated. NOTE:
Cancellation could be 1 - 2 days depending on the gravity of the issue).

DISCIPLINE (LESSON CANCELLATION MUST BE AVOIDED)

Compared before, most of you might have noticed that the management has been
strict when it comes to implementing the guidelines for lesson cancellation.

The main reason for this, is the competition with the other online English schools in
Japan.

In order for us to survive, we need to have discipline and organization. The
management needs your cooperation concerning this matter.

I am happy to inform you that we are surviving inspite of the competition but this is
not enough for everyone. We need the clients to stay with us and not just leave
after the free trial lessons. We need to have the clients confidence in Skytalk and its
tutors.

The weak area that Skytalk has are the lesson cancellations made due to
negligence, personal difficulties, technical and connection problem.

As a reminder again regarding the prevention of lesson cancellation. Please take
note of the following guidelines:

--> GUIDELINES FOR LESSON CANCELLATIONS

1. For the tutor's who are late 4CM / monitoring will be calling three times only, after
that no more calls shall be done and lesson cancellation will proceed. (Please

In addition to the Lesson Cancellation guideline, this is in response to the issue
raised about the 4CM's way of canceling the lesson which was already explained to
the center based tutors.

--> 4CM CANCELS THE LESSON EVEN IF THE TUTOR INFORMED NOT TO
CANCEL

As you are all aware, we have specific waiting time for each shift. 10 mins waiting
time in the evening shift and 15 mins waiting time in the afternoon.

If the tutor is suddenly offline we can only wait for a maximum of 2 mins.

We cannot let the clients wait longer because one of Skytalk's service is to provide
a replacement tutor immediately once their original tutor had encountered problems
(TECHNICAL, CONNECTION, PERSONAL).

Skytalk/4C is similar to any restaurant. In the restaurants, if you ordered a meal and
the meal given to you was burnt, smelled bad or spoiled, you want it to be replaced,
the management of that restaurant will make up for it by giving you another meal.
Like Skytalk, we need to replace problematic lessons which is done through
reallocations.

If we are not able to reallocate within the set time, clients will lose their confidence
in Skytalk. Clients might leave us.

If the tutor had connection, technical and power failure problems, there are no
definite time about the tutor's return. If the tutor fluctuated thrice we need to
reallocate the next slot immediately for stabilization of the connection.

*Power failure - 2 lesson slots immediately.

The Management is hoping that with this information, you will understand or be
enlightened to prevent cancellations.


PENDING MONETARY PENALTY FOR LESSON CANCELLATIONS, PLEASE
READ THIS

Tutors,

The cancellations are increasing again. As you are all aware, its not only the
company that is affected with the increasing cancelation but all of us.

Once you have plotted a schedule, its your responsibility to attend to it. If you have
an important appointment, you can plan it ahead of time and avoid creating any
schedule on those dates. If you have any family affair, you can catch up after
finishing with your lessons. You always have an option to properly manage your
personal and work life with 4C/Skytalk just by managing your schedule well.

The management will observe the number of cancellations for December and the
coming months.

If the situation will continue and the cancellations are still increasing, the
management will go to a different option of giving penalty which is, Monetary
Penalty. Options shall be rechecked by the management and everyone will be
advised again concerning the aforementioned.

Please be advised, avoid canceling lessons to prevent monetary penalty.

NO INFO REALLOCATION PROTOCOL

Tutors,

This email serves as a reminder and clarification in order to prevent any
misunderstanding between the staff and the tutors, concerning NO INFO
reallocation.

As you are aware, the official waiting time we have for the evening shift is 10 mins.

If you are offline after the set waiting time, without any update regarding your
location, 4C Staff will still wait for another 10 mins before reallocating all classes.

After the final waiting time and you're still offline, 4CM will reallocate all classes.

An explanation letter is needed in order for you to to avoid penalty. The letter must
be given on the day of the cancellation or absence. Without an explanation letter,
Penalty shall be served by the 4CM on duty.

If you were able to send an explanation letter, the penalty will be canceled but the
incident you've incurred will be noted for future penalty record.

As for the penalty, it can be closure of 1 - 2 days of schedule or reallocation of your
next day lessons.

If the Skytalk Manager deemed that your lessons for the following day must be
reallocated, 4CM will reallocate those lessons.

If Mica whose schedule starts at 7pm is still offline at 6:40, her first class will be
reallocated.
Before the 4C Staff reallocates all of her classes, they will wait until 7:10.
At 7:10, Mica is still offline, all of her classes will be reallocated.
Mica is also required to pass an explanation letter within the day of her cancellation.
If Mica fails to pass an explanation letter, 4CM will give her a penalty.
(Penalty depends upon 4CM's discretion)

Please ensure appropriate action in respect of emails forwarded last 2 days.

In the case of Home-Based Tutors
-please advise immediately if you have a legal OS system and can therefore
download
MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials)
-please advise the name of any other anti-virus software you have installed
(legal or otherwise)
-where lacking, please temporarily download one of the 'free anti-virus'
software packages available from FileHippo.com, immediately advise action
taken.
-ensure that a full scan is run every day before you start your tutoring
operations (you will be asked to confirm this during the audio checks)

Any deviance from the above will result in the immediate cancellation of any
impending lessons (together with the appropriate loss of income), this being
followed by the termination of your contract to provide tutorial services, if an
appropriate solution is not put in place, as previously advised.

Please take this issue seriously or incur the consequences of using illegal software
and inadequate anti-virus / security protection.

The internet is not a safe place when it comes to protecting your computer,
information
and identity. Malware, spyware, and adware lurks around every corner. Here are
some
steps on how to deal with them.

Instructions

Step 1
When you receive a popup never click on the "Yes", "No" or "Cancel" buttons. Even
though you click no or cancel, some can be programmed to still install something
nasty on your machine. Always try closing using the "Red X ", but beware because
some pop ups will have a "Red X" inside the window that still can infect you. These
are easy to spot because there are to "Red X's" are almost on top of each other.

Step 2
Avoid pop ups saying you are possibly infected or you need to clean your registry.
These are ads to get you to download there software that usually place unwanted
software on your system. Just close them and go on your way.

Step 3
Some pop ups are really clever and will disable the "Red X" and try to force you to
click on "Yes" or "No". But, you can still outsmart those. Simply press Ctrl-Alt-Delete
to open the task manager and either closes the offending window or the browser
entirely. Once again, better safe than sorry.

Step 4
Do not believe pop up ads that claim they can speed up your computer by running
software placed in the pop up window. Most will look like something has optimized
your system and shows you how much of an improvement you will get by clicking
ok. Close them and move on.

Step 5
Most importantly, think before you click. Taking an extra minute to see what you are
getting into can save you a lot of time, frustration, loss of data and personal
information. As added USB virus is a new type of viruses which can infect your PC
through USB/Pen drives because of the autorun feature of Windows and it is also
be called autorun virus. When you plug an infected usb drive into a clean
computer,open the drive by double click or right click, the computer will be
infected .Also, the virus will spread by copying itself on to removable drives inserted
into this computer.
In this all 4CM Center terminal pc will block the USB storage device services to
prevent virus threats.

Most lesson problems encountered are the client's deficient knowledge, when it
comes to handling Skype.

Instead of proceeding with the lesson, majority of the tutors will explain about
Skype, thus consuming more lesson time. With this common problem, JPN Mgmt

Once again...

Please be advised that our tutoring schedules do not allow for public Holidays in

Philippines nor Japan.

Our operations as you've read in the "Agreement" shows nothing recognizing
Holidays
here in our country. Therefore these coming two (2) consecutive Mondays, which

UNWANTED BEHAVIOR/skype down time

Good day.
TWO THINGS PLEASE:

1. Recently, we are having clients with unwanted behavior (masturbating or
showing of private parts of their body).
If you encounter such client/s please click on the snaphot button found on the
upper portion of skype. If in any case your video is not on (which should always
be on) ..use your celphone or digicam to capture.
Do not panic if ever you encounter
a scenario like the one above and follow the instructions given.

I am encouraging all tutors to do what has been instructed, as Japan desk needs
evidence and will deal with client appropriately.

2. You have to check your GMAIL, YAHOO and Skype and READ ALL MAILS
directed to you. This should be done daily. And with regards to the SKYPE
DOWNTIME
...as per Sir Shin, you will be paid accordingly, do not change anything
in the Reservations System.

Competition in this type of On-line Industry has become tough and more
competitive.
With this, clients posing as students are recruiting Tutors from Skytalk during lesson
time.

Skytalk / 4Communications will be dealing with the clients and tutors accordingly
and we ask you to refrain from any such activity. If and when a case similar to this
happens (the recruiting), Management encourages you to disclose the matter the
soonest possible time as not to be implicated with Conflict of Interest.

served to you.

The Company will have to serve the rightful legal matters about this situation. We
are protecting our Company as well as the tutors, and would not want to have any

Presenting our beloved country to the clients is much appreciated by the
management but please avoid saying "WHY DON'T YOU GO TO THE
PHILIPPINES?" because as per SM Senior Lead Manager, Majority of the MALE
clients take it seriously.

The aforementioned question has a different connotation to the Japanese Male
Clients. Clients might misinterpret it and think differently about you. They might go
here in the Philippines with negative motives in mind. Please think about your
safety.
