Testing & Training: You will get out what you put in!
Dedicate appropriate time and resources to test the system
Testing begins with the audit request – this is also the point
when payroll can begin testing the sync
Ask another implementation specialist to review the benefit
structure
Setup the New Hire & Open Enrollment events
Add a test employee to the system
Walk through an event as an employee

Include the ongoing Account Manager on all trainings
Make the training engaging and fun! Be friendly and
encouraging of the client using the new system.

The reason I’m presenting to you today is to share best practices for an optimal implementation. We’ve implemented hundreds of organizations and seen a variety of configurations. From that we’ve seen what works really well and it’s our intention to focus on those successes during this discussion.
-…
-Change management is an approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations to a desired future state.
-Give examples of cases when bad data was provided and the impact to the implementation timeline, vs. when data was clean and accurate.
