waste time or back track. 
 Set realistic goals 
 Organize the right team 
 Prioritize & document your requirements 
 Choose an implementation approach (waterfall vs. scrum) 
 Build a project timeline 
 Prepare the client to actively participate in the project

 Testing begins with the audit request – this is also the point 
when payroll can begin testing the sync 
 Ask another implementation specialist to review the benefit 
structure 
 Setup the New Hire & Open Enrollment events 
 Add a test employee to the system 
 Walk through an event as an employee
