III. Buyer’s issues a Bank Assurance letter.
1. IV. Seller confirms this and instructs his Captain to issue marine ATB to
buyer/ his inspectors.
1. V. Buyer’s inspectors go on board for Q and Q.
1. VI. Buyer places LC/ BG or MT103/23.
1. VII. Buyer takes over the CPA of the loaded vessel.
1. VIII. Full documents of the loaded vessel released in buyer’s name.
1. IX. Vessel sails to discharge port and payment into the individual accounts
