2. Creating a Live Meeting in Outlook You must first have the Live Meeting add-in for Outlook enabled With this toolbar you can schedule Live Meetings and create a current conference with the Meet Now button

Schedule a Live Meeting Once the invited receive the Conferencing Request, they will have the option to accept or decline You will then be able to view all members and whether they have accepted or declined You can change the status of any of the invited to grant them Presenter status if you would also like them to share their desktops
6. Granting Presenter Status Locate and open the Live Meeting within your Calendar Click on Presenters in the toolbar at the top of the Request That will open the Attendees and Presenters window Click on an Attendees name, then click Add to make them a Presenter
7. Connecting to a Live Meeting Both the Creator of the Live Meeting and the invited can join the meeting by clicking the Join the Meeting link within the request That will bring up the Live Meeting window Enter your name as you would like it to appear to others in the meeting

Troubleshooting If you receive the error message "Before you can schedule a Live Meeting you must configure your online conferencing account.“ when trying to create a meeting request: Open Internet Explorer. In the address bar type, www.livemeeting.steelcase.com/lmportal Click Create Account and then Login to Live Meeting

Troubleshooting If you receive the error message "You have entered an incorrect character in one of the following fields: Participant code, Leader code, or Actual dialing keys.“ when attempting to send a meeting request In the conferencing request e-mail, click Options in the Conferencing section of the toolbar Click Audio and uncheck all boxes. Click Set as Default at the bottom, then save.
