Step 1.  Gather all of the tools in the decided process area and put them in a pile.
Step 2. Sort out all of the tools that are either broken or not      needed for the area in a smaller pile and the needed tools in another pile.
Step 3. If the board is too small for the needed tools, obtain the needed number of boards. Make there will be an area the boards can be hung up and well seen.
Step 4. Organize the tools on the board by making sure the groups of similar tools are together (i.e. hammers of different sizes).
Step 5. Use finishing nails to hang the tools on. Knowing what tools are going to be used, hammer in the nails about ½”. Remember the board will hang vertically and the tools will need to be secured but easily removable.
Step 6. With a Sharpie marker, neatly outline all of the tools on the board.
Step 7. Label the names of the tools and sizes on the bottom of the specified tool.
Step 8. Remove the tools and hang the board in the decided well defined area.
Step 9. Hang the specified tools in their specified spot.
Step 10. For future availability, audit the boards and replace needed tools to be there for the next time.
