Our experience and knowledge of building construction results in a comprehensive service with professional prompt advice. All of which is offered to our clients at competitive rates. Our professional team can answer your questions, - from complex engineering solutions to simple building work. We are committed to maintain the highest standard of service to our clients and concentrate on offering a competitive and efficient organization. The Principal in Fluid Building Services has enjoyed hands on practical management experience at senior level in addition to technical training and has extensive training within the construction industry. We have the resources available to handle projects from five thousand dollars up to five million dollars. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Remedial Building/Select Residential Construction Fluid Building completes high class residential construction and renovations. With our vast experience in defect repair works to both commercial & strata buildings, we are in an excellent position to build and renovate residential properties. We are able to use our previous knowledge of “what can go wrong” to do it right the first time, thus saving both money and time for our clients. COMPETITIVENESS “Efficiency” Fluid Building have developed efficient systems that mean we can price competitively and deliver high quality projects against larger companies, whilst still delivering the highest degree of service and trades required. 3|Page

  5. 5. PROJECT TEAM Clint Bowen BBCM Director Clint Bowen graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1994 and was awarded the Bachelor of Building Construction Management. Clint is a member of the Housing Industry of Australia & the Australian Concrete Repair Association. Clint is the sole director of Fluid Building. Clint has 18 years’ experience in construction and remedial refurbishment with an emphasis on building strong customer relationships and cultivating team work and support. Clint’s experience has been diverse with a proven ability to lead large scale projects, major remedial refurbishments, structural engineering projects and high end residential construction. Prior to establishing Fluid Building, Clint held positions at the contracting to emergency services for Public Works and Carter & Massey Constructions. Pat McCarthy Construction Manager Pat McCarthy has a certificate in Mechanical Engineering obtained in Ireland. Pat’s career started in the UK with 6 ½ years’ experience in Commercial Construction with emphasis on groundwork, formwork and concreting. Pat obtained his Certificate 3 in Carpentry & Joinery at Sydney TAFE followed by his Certificate 4 in Construction (Residential). Pat’s has over 16 years’ experience in Australia in Construction and Remedial refurbishment with widespread hands on experience running large scale projects on his own as well as overseeing a team of foremen. 5|Page
  6. 6. TEAM STRUCTURE “High emphasis on team work and support” At Fluid Building 90% of trade work is completed by our Team members – this is unique in the industry. Fluid Building owns all its plant and machinery. The majority of the Fluid Building team members have been a part of the company since inception. Fluid consists of 6 major sites with a series of smaller sites run at any one time. Fluids labour force consists of 7 working foreman, 20 tradesman and labourers Our office is available from 8:30am – 4:30pm 5 days a week with a staff of 4 who are dedicated to establishing solid working relationships with all our clients large or small. SUBCONTRACTORS “Loyalty and quality” All subcontractors have worked for Fluid Building for 7 or more years and have been thoroughly checked and monitored. DEVELOPMENT “Growth and increase skills” Fluid Building has developed over the past ten years to now offer a unique and wide range of services. In house training programs provide growth for all team members and bring new skills to the market. Fluid Building has grown from a small building company to a company of 28 team members. We are approached to quote and complete projects up to $5 million dollars. 6|Page

  8. 8. PR Our projects Project 58 Carrington Parade Value $1,000,000-$2,000,000 Contact Frank Tesoria Completion December 2009 Consultants Sutech Refurbishment of a 1970s Meriton apartments. Fluid demolished balconies and completely rebuilt to new standards. Including the rendering & painting of the building plus the installation of new balustrades. The refurbishment added value to the client’s investment. To complete the project, the client contracted Fluid to complete the 6 entry foyers and landscaping to the building. 8|Page

Our projects Project “Ocean World” West Esplanade Value More than $1,500,000 Completion January 2011 Consultants Acor Consultants The huge internal sedimentary tank was deteriorating due to concrete cancer. Furthermore, the client wanted to increase the structural capacity to allow for additional top floor “Kid’s Marine Touch Pools” FBS & Acor worked very closely to come up with innovative solutions to very unique problems. 11 | P a g e

Prior to rendering, the concrete spalling repair, lintel replacement, flashing replacement, cavity tie & new windows/doors were installed.   16. 16. Our projects Project 36 Osbourne Road Value More than $1,500,000 Completion 2011 Consultants Direct Original Manly icon “Bridgedeck” required concrete spalling and balustrade repairs. As part of the owner’s corporation’s commitment to the building, complete refurbishment of balconies including new door, membrane and tile systems were installed to create a modern clean finish. 16 | P a g e
