architect. Produced new prototype fixture designs, manipulated graphic presentations and 3d model work for
visualizations and instructional videos.
• Maintained and monitored the active Proto-type design template sets. Reviewed and approved all pertinent
details and work with the proto-architect to maintain a precise, coordinated CD set for seamless distribution to
the rest of the team/architects.

Primary functions were Project Management of new stores and remodels, Design & Planning development, through
construction complete/store opening. Full construction document quality control was maintained from initial
company standards compliance thru Landlord and City Design compliance. Integration of Lease Agreements/Letters
of Intent for all projects; assuring plans are covered within the context of same. Management of a group of external
architects and direct reports were utilized as a team effort to support the construction group in getting the project

layouts. Maintained the design group’s server directories and perform maintenance and backups of same. Software

Primary role was Management of the Store Planning and Architectural design staff. Responsibilities included the
production of store fixture plans, coordination of departments and fixturing with company merchandisers and
engineering staff, mediating issues that may arise from field projects and coordinating equipment with the store-
purchasing group. Responsible for managing various phases of architectural drawings including sections, details,
floor plans, interior and exterior elevation design and decor, floor materials, signage plans and complete interior wall
decor packages. Store and site field surveying, as required for project completion and archiving purposes.
Production of exterior/interior elevations and proposed concept fixtures/display renderings and full 3d models of
same via computer utilizing CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D Studio MAX. Coordination of plan
