IDP = Industry Defined Project
•
UDP = User Defined Project

Project Training/ Industrial Training/ Live Project Training/ 45 days Summer
Training/ IDP/ UDP/ Summer Training/ 6 Month Training basically all of these
terms are given out by different colleges and universities for students of BE,
MCA, BSC, BCA for Project Training. The basic reason of having students
undergo this kind of training is for students to experience what a real software

4. COMPUTER-IT IDP/UDP GUIDELINES
In the Last and last second Semester 50 marks are
to be given for Problem Definition which is to be
given in a specified format. The format may be
specified by dept./college. The common form for
the problem definition can be downloaded from
GTU website.
 This problems are common for all the Colleges.
 Make sure it should be unique and don’t match to
any of your colleague student in your college.


5. GUIDELINES FOR PHP LIVE PROJECT
DEFINITION:

The students are required to identify their problem
during the summer of Current year and they are
required to follow all the rules and instructions
issued by department, for Techniques, platforms,
Software and other requirements.

6. UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF :

Each student or student group would work under
the guidance of the Faculty from the College. In
case any problem/other issue arises for the smooth
progress of IDP discovery/Practical Training, it
should be immediately brought to the notice of the
Udisha club co-ordinator/Faculty
/Department/Principal or Chairman of your College.

7. WHOM TO SUBMIT PHP LIVE PROJECT


The students are required to submit the Project
Definition (in the specified format) to their Head of
the Department in their College during the first
week of the Second Last semester.

8. STUDENTS APPROACH TO PHP LIVE


Problem is to be located from industry floor and
then it has to be developed in current semester in
college with possible periodic inputs from
concerned industries. Both the project parts are
single major project. Student has complete work in
College premises only under supervision of College
teacher along with Other Subjects/Course as per
Teaching Scheme

9. SELECTION OF PHP LIVE PROJECT
DEFINITION

Any student can pick an industry in any Language
or Subject related to IT/MCA/BCA/BSCIT/BE/CE as
per his/her feasibility. He/she is allowed to choose
any particular industry and interdisciplinary projects
are allowed inside same college. Student has
