Tom O’Rourke is the Executive Director of Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission, responsible for the oversight of an over 10,000 acre park system consisting of a wide array of parks, programs and services. In the field of Parks and Recreation, the ability to share successes and knowledge with other park agencies is essential. It is our strong belief that sharing ideas and helping each other will be keys to sustaining our profession into the future.
