Kernel WG
● Progress on kgdb, kexec, kprobes, audit, kgdb,
seccmp & DEBUG_PAGE_ALLOC for ARM64.
● Determined next steps for Coresight framework,
including a plan for starting work on ARMv8.
● Upstreamed first set of patches for FIQ
debugger work.
● Had lots of good discussion on kernel testing.

● Review of QC EAS design and requirements
gathering.
● Agreements around testing of the EAS
integration tree.
● Help members to upstream clock framework,
power domains and cpuidle drivers.
● Design walk-through of sched-cpufreq and
sched-cpuidle with members before imminent
patch posting.

● XTS (encryption mode) has been implemented
and merged.

Virtualization Eng. Team
● Progress on ACPI on Xen.
● Passthrough IRQ forwarding in KVM worked
out.
● Resolved multiple issues for the VGIC code
in KVM.
● Prototyped the use of a virtio char device for
Android emulator. Results are promising.
