Stay Active & Independent for Life
(SAIL): begins September 9
Classes will be offered in the retirement
community and the fitness club. SAIL is an
evidence-based intervention for preventing
falls in older adults created by Washington
State Department of Health.
Level 1 Class – Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays – 10:30 am in the Forum
Level 2 Class – Mondays, Wednesdays,
and Fridays – 1 pm Health & Fitness Club
This is a 12-week series with pre- and post-
testing conducted with each exercise class,
including education and tips on how to
lead an independent life.
