Established upon merging three HIPL, SMRPEC and BGK Engineering
and Projects 2011

SMRPEC (Manufacturing, 40 km from Hyderabad) 1995

BGK Engineering and Projects established in 2000, mechanical erection of
process plants and rotating machinery, Design and construction of Shell
and Tube heat exchangers.

Akruthi Infratech established in 2008 for civil construction
