Financially we improved revenue by ~ 51% Increased Member, EEP and Certification revenue Of course due to our initiatives & accomplishments we also had increased spending by ~ 57% We saw increases in our: Staff & Consulting Support– driven by enabling our growth and technology solutions Professional Services – mostly attributed to trademark items Chapters – growth of chapters Certification – enabling the technologies associated with online certification Marketing - were doing nothing; now investing in our growth Some end of year expenses caused us to have a small loss for the year of ~ $7K
