12. • The Transport KTN is running two more free information days to raise
awareness and explain how to participate in this funding opportunity:-
Glasgow, Grand Central Hotel - 5 December
Mersey Maritime, Liverpool – 11 December
• These are for anyone interested in developing a greater understanding of
the scope and rules of the competition, and finding collaborative partners.
• To stay up to date with news of the Competition and book a place at one
of these events join the Transport KTN’s Vessel Efficiency sub group at:

Notes de l'éditeur
UK Marine Industries Alliance acts as a forum for industry and Government to join forces on common issues. This will ensure that our collective efforts are greater than the sum of our individual targets and goals. In other words, it is a meeting of minds on marine industrial matters. Co-chaired by the Minister for Business, and a senior industrial leader, it brings together the UK ’s Marine manufacturing interests (industry and Government) to achieve the right conditions for growth of all companies. Although focussed on manufacturing, the Council has strong links to the service sector (through Maritime UK) and is developing links with other sectors (eg Offshore Oil & Gas).
