- 2. Agra Fort Agra Fort is located in the City of Agra. It was built by one of the famous Mughal Emperor – Akbar. Also named as Lal Quila, “Fort Rouge” or “Qila- i-Akbari”, which is famous as highlights of the Agra City.
- 3. Taj Mahal Declared as World UNESCO Heritage Site in the year 1983. It was built by Shah Jahan. Taj Mahal is located on the bank of River Yamuna in the Agra City. Taj Mahal is closed on Friday every week. Taj Mahal is considered as one of the New Wonders of the World.
- 4. Itimad-Ud-Daulah Famous as Baby Taj. It was build by Nur Jahan for her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg. Tom of Itimad-ud-Daulah is built with pure white marble. This tomb is located next to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
- 5. Akbar’s Tomb Akbar’s Tomb is located in the suburbs of Agra, Sikandra, this is the resting place of Mughal Emperor Akbar. It is one of the popular tourist attractions of Agra.
- 6. Moti Masjid Moti Masjid was built by Shah Jahan. It is the main mosque inside the complex of Agra Fort. Also famous as Pearl Mosque in Agra. This mosque is built with pure white marble which looks likes shiny pearls, that’s why famous as Pearl Mosque.
- 7. Sikandra Fort Also famous as Mausoleum of Akbar located in small town of Agra - Sikandra. Sikandra Fort is built with red sandstones.
- 8. Fatehpur Sikri Fatehpur Sikri is one of the largest mosque in India. Fatehpur Sikri is renamed as City of Victory. In Fatehpur Sikri complex there are some important buildings named as Buland Darwaza, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal, Palacce of Jodha Bai, Diwan-i-Khas, Birbal’s Mosque, Hiran Minar.
- 9. Mehtab Bagh Mehtab Bagh is located at north side of Taj Mahal and opposite side of Agra Fort. Built by Mughal Emperor Babur. Famously known as the “moonlit pleasure garden”. You can get best sunset view of Taj Mahal from the Garden.
