circular path, one is never finished during the lifetime of a business application or

The assessment collects documents and analyzes the
current state. It is the basis and foundation of activity
for a solution, application or infrastructure element.
Design
A design is represented by a bill of materials (BOM),
the detailed Configuration management Database
CMDB, conceptual and detailed drawings and the
preliminary project plan.
Implement
The implementation is the refinement and detailed
completion of the Project Plan and the expert
execution of said plan. Outputs include completed
test and acceptance documentation.
Manage
The management of a solution includes monitoring,
operation, support and remediation for the lifetime of
the solution, application or infrastructure element.

During the project, regularly scheduled meetings and project reviews will be conducted to
review the status of project activities, progress toward completing project deliverables and
services and to confirm that Client expectations are being met. A “Letter of Acceptance” will
be provided to the Client to document the completion of project deliverables and services.

Pricing for this service begins at $49,950 for a maturity assessment over of a single
environment within a four-week period. A statement of work will be created to
provide additional insights as to custom work effort to close the GAPS and achieve the
goals of a Capstone assessed Backup and Recovery project.
