  18. Knowing who we are changes what we do and how we act. It’s also helped us see there were some other fundamental changes that needed to happen as well. Changes to the very nature and composition of our creative product, and the way we create.

  16. Last but certainly not least in the mulit-dimensional character of Leo Burnett is The Citizen.
  17. What’s the Citizen all about? The Citizen embraces collaboration. As the Ben Lee songs says, the Citizen knows “We’re all in this together.”

  35. Like an actual architect’s blueprint…It’s not the house, but it’s a document that gets you going on building the house. It’s a vision. It gives you an idea of how big the house is going to be, whether it’s going to have 2 bathrooms or 6.
