While Running a business organzation, it is essential to be ethical so as to maintain sustainable business operations. While considering the American red cross a charitable trust ethics plays a major role. Being an independent ombudsman, it becomes my responsibility to highlight the legal factors which can arise due to the ethical issues in the charitable trust.
Some of the areas of concern which can be focussed so as to address the ethical issues in business are the discriination shown while providing charitable service, the corruption which is happening in the management, performing unnecessary activities and illegal activities under the name of the trust etc. These activities are illegal and unethical activities which can cause harm to the trust. Focussing on such activities and eliminatig this can solve the ethical issues.
