Behind every new wave is a promise – to help companies run ‘cheaper, better, faster’.
IT’S A PROCESS WORLD AFTER ALL
(No header) 1. Business
Process
Knowledge
Rules 2. Process 3. Knowledge 4. Rules
Business is to create
 results of value
 for someone
 who cares
  about those results
A Process starts with
 the first event
 that initiates a
 course of action.
It isn’t complete until the last aspect of the final outcome is satisfied
from the point of view of
 the stakeholder
who initiated the first event or triggered it.
Simply a structured, measured set of activities designed to produce a specified output for a particular customer or market. A process is thus a specific ordering of work activities across time and place, with a beginning, an end, and clearly identified inputs and outputs: a structure for action.
