  1. First implication might not be true for everyone, but in general think back what you have done over the past week. Love my job, but what I really treasure are moments like this with you all in the Leadership Institute, or with the Retreat or Early Arrival Program. There is no limit on time if you have discipline
  2. We often get caught up in adding extra stuff to something, food, programs, relationships. Focus on what is most important We get caught up in doing. Staying busy. Do not take the time to think things through.
  3. What are some other activities that can fit into each quadrant? Wait until the next slide to state, “Stay in Quadrant 2”. Explain that cannot permanently stay of quadrants 1, 3-4, but can limit the time spent in these quadrants
