Tulsi's new milestone. Unmanned weigh bridge makes your process of weighmnet easier. The process and method have been detailed in the document.

1. AUTOMATION OF WEIGHBRIDGE

2. The truck enters the
premises

3. The driver fills the
details of Company and
vehicle on receiving the
RFID card at the
entrance

4. The truck enters and
moves towards the
weighbridge.

5. The truck is now positioned
on the weighbridge

6. The weighbridge is surrounded with sensors.
(The white circles define the point of sensors)

7. If the truck is not positioned correctly, you will hear an automatic
generated voice which will point out the error. Without proper
position, no weighment will be captured.

8. After proper positioning is
done, the driver has to show
the RFID card in front of the
control room.
If the card is valid then
automatic weighment is
processed and a slip is
generated.

9. Also, as a security process multiple camera’s will capture
the weighment transaction.

10. Once the driver receives the printout, an automatic voice is
generated which will inform the driver accordingly that the
transaction is completed.
The truck can leave and come back for the second weighment.
The same RFID card can be used again.
