definition images, more than 5 million photos,
10,000 videos and up to 7,000 motion picture
films.
 Require centralized one-stop access to huge
archives of shuttle mission photos and videos.
 Want ability to rapidly search images collections
for each stage of the mission.
 Provide secure access to internal NASA staff and
external contractors.

 A software package developed by the
Inmagic Inc.
 Includes necessary tools to perform
database definition and maintenance,
information retrieval, and report production.
 Stores the high definition images to compare
the condition of shuttle parts during various
stages of the mission to identify possible
problems.
 stores images and documents and enables
officials to retrieve them using a "Google-
like" search through a web-based system.
