The FTI also stated that Thailand’s auto production in the first two months of this year rose 50.74 per cent on year to 465,229 units. A number of 255,727 units were sold in the domestic market, up by 51.9 per cent from the first two months of last year. So if you put the puzzle together, you arrive a February production of 229,204 units - slightly lower than last month (which had 3 days more to produce car). The FTI estimated that the output during March and May will reach 660,390 units, which will rise by 21.41 per cent from the same period last year.
