Bonita is an International Brand known for its stylish Home Utility products in Laundry, Storage,
Organizing and Kitchen categories. As the name suggests, all Bonita products have a distinct
style element in it and we ensure that all products are Beautiful, Smart, Innovative and of very
high quality
We hold Several Patents for our innovative products
Our Bonita brand has rapidly grown in a short span and is available globally under its own brand
name. Bonita is selling in India (where we are brand leaders), Australia and New Zealand and
USA.
On path to launch in UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, France, Belgium, Netherlands,
Dubai and UAE in July 2015. Launching in Canada, Russia and East European countries by
August 2015

8. Bonita in European market
Setup office in Prague under the leadership of Helen Zubritska
Warehouse based in Prague and Bonita products to be available in Prague by July 2015.
Already in advanced stage of discussions to launch Bonita across major marketplaces, Flash
sale websites and Deal sites across Western Europe including UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, Czech
Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, etc.
Capability of drop shopping directly to consumers.
Already under final negotiations with a major Russian distributor for distributing Bonita
products in Russia.
9. Chicago Houseware Show March 2015
In the first year of its launch in USA, Bonita won the finalist award for product innovation in Storage
Category by the International Housewares association (IHA). IHA is a 77-year-old not-for-profit
organization having over 1700 members across 49 countries and representing the world’s top
houseware brands. Got to the final 3 amongst thousands of entries from prestigious and established
brands.

We currently own a manufacturing facility to develop new products and
manufacture certain key products in India

Established relationship with FedEx as our current provider of moving products
within US market
Inventory currently available in USA (in California) and to be available in Prague
(for servicing European markets) and in Dubai (for servicing UAE markets) by July
2015.
Second warehouse on east coast of USA is also being planned
36. Umang Srivastava, Jt. Managing Director
Umang is responsible for Global Business Development & Branding for Bonita. He
is an Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and Post Graduate in
Management with specialization in Marketing from Delhi University. He has 18+
years of experience in the area of Marketing and Strategy including top level
positions in companies like Trident and art d’inox(division of Jindal Stainless).
Neeraj Mittal, Jt. Managing Director
Neeraj is responsible for developing and managing supply chain for Bonita. He is
an Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and Post Graduate in Management
from Delhi University. He has 25+ years of experience in the area of Supply Chain
Management . Has worked at Top level Management positions in various MNC like
Ford Tractors, Denso and IKEA.
37. Vinay Gupta, President
Vinay manages Bonita's USA operations. He has a 25+ years of diversified
experience in managing finance and business operations with multinational
companies in various countries. He is an entrepreneur specializing in building
businesses leveraging technology and global resources.
Harvey Levinson, VP Sales, USA Operations
Harvey Levinson is based in New York City. He is an experienced professional in the
Housewares industry and has been instrumental in launching Several Top
Housewares brands in USA for the past several years. He has immense experience
of 40+ years in working with all types of retail formats including but not limited to
Department Store, Speciality Retail, Mass Merchants, Drug Stores, Supermarkets,
Clubs and Internet business.
38. Helen Zubritska, CEO Europe
Helen, based in Prague, Czech Republic, is responsible for sales and operations in
Europe. She has 15+ years of experience in Housewares industry supplying
houseware products. In past several years she has been launching variuos
houseware brands to European countries. She is experienced in working with
distributors and all types of retail in Europe and Central Asia.
Amit Kulkarni, Director – India Sales
Amit is responsible for Sales in India. He is an Engineer in Polymer Technology from
University of Pune, 15+ years of Experience in Business Development in various
prestigious companies like IKEA (Sweden), Source by Net (Sweden), DSM (Holland),
Pentair Water (USA). Heading the Pune Office which is in Western part of India.
39. Vineeta Mittal, Director - Branding
Vineeta is responsible for the Brand & Creative work for Bonita. She is a
Professional from NIFT and Business Management from Delhi University, 15+
years of experience in Creative & Product development. She has been
instrumental in creating a brand image of Bonita which today stands for Beauty
and Innovation
Charu Srivastava, Director - Finance
Charu manages Finances & HR for Bonita. She is a Masters in Business Economics
from Delhi University, 15+ years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry
in companies like Trident, ICICI Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland.
40. Raj Kumar, Director – Supply Chain Management
Raj is responsible for Product Development and SCM. He is a Mechanical
Engineer and has 25 + years of Experience in Manufacturing industries. He is a
Technical Wizard and his major strength is product development and product re-
engineering. He has been instrumental in creating innovative products under
Bonita which is helping to get Bonita get recognized as an innovative brand.
