Job Description:
1)Conducts market visits and trade shows to increase his market network and
awareness
2) Develops and continuously maintains a supplier/subcontractor performance
evaluation
3) system that incorporates input from Procurement, Construction, Cost Control, and
Accounts
4) Develops, maintains and updates the technical library with the relevant
supplier/subcontractor
5) brochures and catalogs
6) Responsible for the material procurement database
7) Studies contract documents to become thoroughly acquainted with exact
requirements and specifications.
8) Generates the required material and subcontractor logs to meet the Procurement
plan approved by Procurement Manager
9) Manages the process of Construction, Planning and Cost Control in developing the
Job Budget and schedules
10) Collects responses to Request For Quotation (RFQ) and quotations
11) Prepares comparison sheets for the review of the Procurement Manager
12) Attends site meetings as needed to coordinate procurement requirements

performances of subcontractors and suppliers, unusual material specifications, long
