 Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and
   beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways
   that are best and most gracious: (Qur‟an 16:125)
CONVEYING THE MESSAGE




  O Messenger! Proclaim the
(Message) which hath been sent
  to thee from thy Lord. If thou
didst not, thou wouldst not have
   fulfilled and proclaimed His
 mission. And Allah will defend
    thee from men (who mean
THE ENJOINING GOOD AND FORBIDDING EVIL




  Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind,
enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and
                  believing in Allah.
UNIVERSALITY OF ISLAM


             Universal GOD
First Chapter of Quran starts with the verse

 Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and
 Sustainer of the worlds.
Quran ends with the verse:

 Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and
 Cherisher of Mankind. The King (or Ruler)
 of Mankind. The Allah (for judge) of
UNIVERSALITY OF ISLAM


             Universal Book


O mankind! there hath come to you a direction
from your Lord and a healing for the (diseases)
in your hearts,- and for those who believe, a
guidance and a Mercy. (Qur‟an 10:57 )


Ramadan is the (month) in which was sent down
the Qur'an, as a guide to mankind. (Qur‟an 2:185)
UNIVERSALITY OF ISLAM


        Universal Messenger


  We have not sent thee but as a universal
  (Messenger) to mankind, giving them glad
 tidings, and warning them (against sin), but
          most men understand not.
               (Qur‟an      )
THE ART OF CONVEYING THE MESSAGE


1. Be Sincere in Dawah;
  –   It is for the sake of Allah. Don‟t spoil your intention by
      bragging.
  –   Don‟t praise yourself. Your rewards come from Allah.
2. Understand your Goals in Dawa;
  –   Present Islam to minimize corruption in the land hold
      reformation of the world as your ultimate goal.
3. Realize that the Mission is to worship Allah & the
   Vision is to reach JANNAH and see ALLAH.
4. Trust fully that Success comes from Allah.

5. Always supplicate .
6. Know that Dawa is a battlefield with Satan, shirk
   and kufr.
7. Clothe yourself with the characteristics of the
   Mujahid;
8.   Seek the right knowledge to gain insight and
     wisdom (the most difficult thing to gain).
9.   Have reasonable expectations. Don‟t expect
     perfection as everyone has his own shortcomings.

10. Don‟t despair of the mercy of Allah.
    Some people are always negative in
    their thinking.
  –   “This man is a hopeless case this fellow is a
      waste of time and efforts.” Avoid issuing
      judgment.
11. Foster a positive attitude.
  –   Remember prophets and their impact on the
      people.
12. Don‟t belittle yourself. Do your best.
    Guidance is from Allah and the results
    are in the hands of Allah.

13. Live with the people and bear them.
14. Balance in Dawa by combining both fear & hope.
15. Show tolerance and patience.
16. Choose the right „register‟ ;words and utterances.

17. Act to speak louder than words.
18. Choose time and place.
19. Don‟t attack specific people or generalize.
  –   The Muslim is not indecent, and he does not have a foul
      mouth.
  –   What is wrong with people?
  –   Present Islam.
20. Grab opportunities and treasures for the day of
    judgment.

21. Do not be frustrated from the corruption around us.
    “You will find few of my servants obedient.”
22. The daee should live the real life of people and be
    very near to them and bear their harms.
23. You need to retreat and be with yourself for a while.

24. Be gradual in Dawa.
  –   Don‟t exaggerate the sin when you talk to people and be
      priority conscious.
  –   There is no sin greater than disbelief.

25. Substantiate and quote the right information.
26. Show genuine feeling, care and concern by
   listening attentively.

27. Be tactful, tender and gentle.
28. Respect people and their status.
  –   Speak to individuals according to their own mentality and
      status.

29. Be aware of what is happening around you.
30. Don‟t project yourself by belittling others.
  –   Some people always criticize others to raise their status.
  –   Don‟t point fingers.

31. Participate with people in their happy and sad
   moments.
32. Appear nice.
33. Concentrate on one issue at a time.
  –   Don‟t overburden people by talking about many subjects
      at the same time.

34. Hold yourself accountable while presenting.
35. Perform more acts of worship to be closer to Allah.
  –   The closer you are to Allah, the more your supplications
      will be accepted and you will be accepted.

Know that;
     Calling to Islam is the best job
     You are representing Islam
     You are carrying the message of all the prophets
      which is The most honorable message.
   The scholars are the inheritors of the prophets.
   The daees are the elite.
   This is a trust we have to fulfill.
   We have to adopt quality in your Dawa.
   The daees have to study and increase their
    knowledge about the way of Dawa.
THE TASTE OF ISLAM WHEN SOMEONE EMBRACES ISLAM
  GUIDANCE IS NEEDED BY ALL
            DAWA‟S SIGNIFICANCE
                  BREATHE DAWA IN AND OUT

 The taste of Islam can really be felt when someone
  embraces Islam and when you are involved in Dawa.
  When you are away from Dawa this taste dwindles.
 Dawa should be a headache for you all the time. It is
  a heavy responsibility that we should enjoy doing.
  Breathe Dawa in and out.
 Come here with the intention to make Dawa when
  you leave. Dawa is not a luxury; it is a
  responsibility
 Come up with a promise from everyone to help
  ourselves before helping even others by making
GENERAL TIPS


 Search and adopt the new ways in the market of
  dawah.
 A daee should always better himself on a daily
  basis and do his best to be an example as he is
  always being watched.
 Making dawa in itself is dawa. Remind each other of
  its significance.
 Without Dawa we would have never become
  Muslims.
 Guidance is needed by all.
 Thank Allah on a daily basis through making even

 Carefully study the situation.
 Use the internet for Dawa.
  –   Respond to these people through presenting
      Islam more.
  –   Be clear and straightforward, “I‟m here to
      talk about Islam”.
 Ask to establish a good entry.
  –   Know who you are talking with.

 Apply Dawa in your life. It is not enough just to
  come and listen. These sessions are fueling
  stations for a daee.
 Why am I here? What are the results of these
  sessions?
 Hold yourself accountable on a daily basis. “What
  is it that I have learnt from here?”
 Be optimistic; Islam will enter into every house in
  every nook and corner.
