Course description: Utilizing experimental archaeology to further understand the archaeological record.
Responsibilities: Class lecturer and demonstration coordinator for the lithics portion of the course.
Flintknapping and the construction of an Atlatl were the course objective.
Cultural Anthropology (Fall 2018).
Course Description: Introduce students outside of Anthropology the basic concepts behind Cultural
Anthropological use and approach.
Cultural Resource Management (Spring 2019).
Course Description: This class is designed to introduce students to CRM Archaeology. Students become
familiar with the main legislature used in CRM.

2. Geoarchaeology History and Development (Spring 2019).
Course Description: Introduce students to the history of Geoarchaeological approaches and examine other
uses of geological methods in archaeological practice.
Zooarchaeology (Spring 2019).
Course Description: Familiarize students with Zooarchaeological methods using real time data sets from
historically excavated sites and education designated faunal comparative collections.
Paleobotany and Human Development (Spring 2019).
Couse Description: Introducing students to the concept of coevolution and domestication regarding plants
and their pivotal role in human history.
