2 nonimmigrant visas if similarly situated United States
nationals are eligible for similar nonimmigrant status

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. NONIMMIGRANT TRADERS AND INVESTORS
4 FROM ISRAEL.
5 Israel shall be deemed to be a foreign state described
6 in section 101(a)(15)(E) of the Immigration and Nation-
