be separated in 3 major phases:

Such input may appear on
- Whiteboard – Paper – Sketches – Screenshots – Card
Sorting
Input will be collected on a Data Sheet, reviewed
and confirmed.
5. Step 2: Develop initial work
Define and create:

Basic Mental Models
Usefuleness
Key features
Key User Journeys
Draft Wireframes
Through this definition session, domain experts
are interviewed and quick-n-dirty User Serveys
are conducted

8. Step 3: Prototyping

Test on creation with Quick Surveys / AB testing
Work with developers / Adjust design to
- save time and budget
- incorporate available technologies
9. Step 3: Prototyping
Usability testing:
Personal interviews with extensive user monitoring
Remote testing
Before and after surveys
Measure key metrics / goals that were set by stakeholders
and by usability
