The branches are operating in Saint-Petersburg, Chelyabinsk and Vladivostok. Representative offices are opened in Irkutsk and Novosibirsk. Universal TransGroup enters in “Rail Garant” Transportation Group and it is the main company accumulated transport assets of the holding. Fleet of rolling stock of the Company consists of all-purpose railcars: box cars, universal platforms and gondola cars and also specialized railcars: pipe carriers, cement cars, fitting cars, automobile flatcars, platforms for transporting wood, skelp cars, hopper cars and tank-containers for transporting liquid cargoes.
