- There are three things that exist on the spiritual path. The individual identity, i.e. you, the goal to realize the soul, and the soul itself. The individual identity of the person is developing with the different experience at the level of mind and emotions. Although the realization of soul is the ultimate purpose of life, still it takes time for the mind, emotions and body to drop its old habits and get in tune on the path of soul. Identifying your personal identity. <number>
- The mind has a habit of repeating the same thing all over again. The physical world you see repeat the same process again and again and thus it takes several years to bring the little change with life. When you dive into the deeper consciousness, the goal, the identity and the soul becomes one but as you come to life, again the identity comes into the picture, the soul remains as it is, and the journey again begins for the personal identity. <number>
- When all the impression of the mind, body and emotions gets in tune with the soul, than every breath you take with the soul. Gradually you drop all the past impressions from the subtle world. After the realization of the soul, all the attention of the mind and heart is shifted towards the soul, as if you have figured out the god within yourself. <number>

The knowledge becomes the theory of an experience, while meditation becomes a practical experience for the soul-consciousness. Knowledge and meditation can help you to get on the path, and as your understanding grows, your inner world is enough to guide you further on the journey of soul-realization. <number>
