1. BR704 Photo-electric smoke detector introduction
JTY-GW-BR704 Standalone photo-electric smoke detector use special structural design, can
quickly and effectively detect a fire smoldering stage smoke. When the smoke enters the detector,
light scattering, light receiving element to detect light intensity, when light intensity reaches a
predetermined value, immediately issued signal to the photoelectric smoke detector fire control
panel.Meanwhile , sound and light alarm receive alarm signal .

1.4 Installation
On the ceiling, the two mounting holes are spaced 36mm and fix the mounting plate of the
detector with an expansion screw on the ceiling.
2.BR708 Photo-electric smoke detector introduction
Point type photoelectric smoke fire detector(Referred to as detectors)use the principle of
photoelectric smoke detection fire, dedicated single-chip intelligent control.It has many features
such as smoke sensitive,wireless transmitter, no wiring, low power, self-test, beautiful and
durable, stable and reliable.It is a fire alarm device dedicated to the family, small high-rise
residential, hotels and other personnel-intensive places.
2.1 Structural characteristics and working principle
JTY-GW-BR708 detector can regularly exchange information with the wireless fire alarm
control panel to determine whether the detector is working properly.When the detector fails, the
wireless fire alarm control panel can quickly know where the fault occurred.JTY-GW-BR708
detector use a special structure design of the photoelectric sensor and it can quickly and
effectively detect the smoke at early stage of the fire smoldering.When the smoke enters the
detector,then the light source produces scattering and the light receiving element detects the
light intensity.When the light intensity reaches a predetermined threshold,JTY-GW-BR708
detector issued a wireless alarm signal to a stand-alone photoelectric smoke fire detector fire
alarm control panel(Referred to as fire alarm control panel) immediately.At the same time it
issued a sound and light alarm signal.
2.2 Features
 Supporting the use of two-way series fire alarm control panel;
 Intelligent control of single chip microcomputer;
 Smoke sensitive, wireless transmitter, no wiring;
 Low power consumption, self-test, stable and reliable;
 Can interact with the fire alarm control panel to information exchange;
 The address message such as building, unit, room number, serial number and other
information can be set directly with the encoder;
 The buzzer beeps when the alarm is removed;
 Remind low voltage;
 Lithium battery-powered.

3.Control Panel Introduction
BR-ZN-WG810 Standalone fire alarm control panel ( Rerferred to control panel ) is for
early warning of fire hazards intelligent fire alarm control panel .It has many advantages such as
multiple alarm, stability, easy operation, and can be widely used in various places or units such as
family, warehouse, residential high-rise, restaurant, hotel and so on.
3.1 Features
 Menu settings operation, convenient and quick.
 Use RF technology ,compared to Wifi technology ,the signal is stable
 When break power , can standby 8 hours .
 Use for Long –distance signal connect
 Addressable function, Can use SIM card .
 Locate the location of the fire quickly, show the alarm number and voice prompt
specific room ignition point
 Multiple alarm: local voice high-decibel alarm, remote up to 9-way telephone alarm.
 Store 300 room information, 1800 detector address.
 switch input and switch output signal.
 The start and shutdown functions of sound & light siren and wireless switch.
 Linkage relationship including manual mode and automatic mode
 Alarm quick exit function
 Hush alarm function

3.3 Installation process
 Remove the control panel from the box and put the GSM SIM card into the control panel
SIM card slot.Turn on the power, the screen displays the Beiren Huizhi trademark
interface,after 30 second then the SIM card is registered successfully into the initial interface.
 Wait for the control panel initialization completed and the enter into the initialization
interface,the upper left corner of LCD network shows the GSM network signal
strength.power light and standby light open is standby mode.
 Set the public alarm telephone number, room alarm telephone number, room learning and
other necessary parameter settings according to the setting instructions, The upper right
corner shows the battery status and whether there is an external power supply.
 After setting, return to the initialization interface,tighten the receiving antenna correctly and
then put into use.
 After installation, do a distance patch test to check the connectivity between the detectors and
the control panel.
 After entering the alarm mode ,screen display “****Room**Unit**Building”have fire . and
voice prompt “****Room**Unit**Building”have fire, and open alarm light,at some time
send an alarm message to 8 saved phone (The first ten seconds of the alam ),and call 8 saved
phone alarm (Received the alarm after 10 seconds,saved the first phone can receive the alarm
call ,and so on.) , open sound and light alarm and wireless switch .
3.4 Silence /exit alarm
In the alarm state,can press the "back" button to eliminate the local sound alarm, can also
press the “hang up “button to exit the alarm.Note in order to avoid frequently enter the alarm
state, Just exited the alarm status in 3S-5S, the control panel no longer receives the wireless
alarm signal.
4. Wireless fire alarm system
(1)The wireless fire alarm system use RF technology . and use SIM card .
(1)When fire occur ,smoke detector alarm ,and send signal to sound and light alarm and
control panel , sound and light alarm ,the control panel alarm with voice. Then send message
of fire alarm address to 8 person and call 8 person alarm .
(2)Can use for long-distance, Easy installation
(3)The smoke detector battery can use 2 years , the control panel use standby power , can
standby 8 hours.
