Plant, Boom pump, Trailer pump, Concrete mixer & Self-loading Mixer.
Designation : Design Engineer – Self Loading Concrete Mixer Machine (Transit mixer) Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Creating the concept design of the new products and to developing the same.
• Perform load calculations and results interpretations and conduct design evaluation/approval.
• Selecting the materials as per requirements and applying GD&T for required items as per the standards.
• Selection of bought out items like channels, frames, structures, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves & filters.
• Prepare and releasing the welding & manufacturing drawings for in-house and production as per DIN standards.

• Design of new location restrictor brackets for drum slewing to avoid the rotation while vehicle running.
• Design of Hydraulic tank and sizing of filtering elements and other accessories for SLM 4cum & 2cum machines.
• Design of the Chassis parts, Water tank & Diesel tanks of various parts as per the service feedback.
• Selecting the new Engine and Radiators for slewing and non-slewing version machine as per instruction and to
design of mounting brackets for the same,
• Design of routings for Exhaust Silencer and Radiators for SLM 4cum & 2cum machines.
• Design of effective routing of hydraulics with an objective to avoid fitting failure, Pressure built in system.

• Study the customer drawing and preparing required process and feasibility for the components.
