Major Assignments undertaken as an Article Assistant: 1. TAXATION: • Preparation and filing of Income tax Returns for Firms, Individual & Corporate's including tax audit report (Form 3CA-3CD, Form 3CB-3CD), Transfer Pricing Report (Form 3CEB), MAT Report (Form 29B) and Certification (Form 15CA and Form 15CB). • Statutory payments & returns - Service Tax, TDS, ESI, VAT and Professional Tax. • Generation of TDS certificates such as Form 16, 16A and 16B. • Monitor and support taxation issues. 2. KEY COMPETENCIES: • Maintenance & Analysis of Fixed Asset Register and Calculation of Depreciation as per Schedule II of Companies Act 2013.
