Responsibilities:
• Risk Modelling:
1. Provide the model ready datasets and scorecards to the GRM and GMV teams
for the risk modelling. (Application Model, Performance Model, Behavior Model)
2. Develop Decision Model and Rating model (PD, LGD) for Retail portfolios with
the business rules as per the APRA.
• Credit Risk:
1. To build framework in order to monitor PD, LGD, Credit Ratings, RWA (Risk
Weighted Asset) calculation and Risk adjustments per Basel III and ANZ’s
internal requirements for all lending customers.
2. To do Root Cause Analysis on data issues raised by business and provide
recommendations for their remediation.
3. Extraction of data using SAS and preparing the Dashboards and scorecards in
Qlikview.
• Liquidity Risk:
1. To build framework to monitor, search and recommend correct APRA Industry
classification (ANZSIC categorization) for all customers for better Capital
allocation
2. To work with Group Treasury team and APRA Regulatory Reporting team via
ILAAP (Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process) to manage LCR
(Liquidity Coverage Ratio), LTD (Loan To Deposit) Ratio, NSFR (Net Stable
Funding Ratio), FTP (Transfer Pricing), ANZ’s Reserves, Capital and other metrics.
• Customer Data Integrity across all Bank Systems and Products: covering all
ANZ's Institutional clients and Investment Banking systems
• Responsible for finding data quality issues within source and downstream
systems, understanding, documenting the data initiatives / requirements,
prioritizing and data extraction & analyzing, providing feasible / robust

• SMART tool is an in-house built application that improves Operations
Management through efficient collection of operations data at the widget level.
This also enables quick and error free production of reports, development of a
database as a repository that allows for analysis of key metrics.
