By nature:                   direct, decisive, energetic, optimistic,
                             ambitious, connective en empathic.

It troubles me:              arrogant, detached, blunt, sabotage,
                             unemotional, unreachable, oversimplified.

Sometimes I can be:          overanxious, oversensitive, impatient,
                             sense of guilt, dominant or appear to be dominant.

I will find the balance:     decisive, put in perspective, take some distance,
                             enter into a dialogue, order my emotions and finish
                             tasks.

My pitfalls:          not enough openess, lack of personal contact,
