The document discusses an Android app called "Voice Ur Vote" created by students from VIT University to encourage voter turnout. The app allows users to view information about political candidates, share their voting decisions with friends, and remind friends who have not voted. It was tested on several Android phones and the team plans to launch it on the Google Play Store in mid-June. The app was developed using Java, JSON, Android and MySQL, and integrates with Facebook for user login and sharing features.

How did you go about testing your app? When are you planning to launch?
We simply tested our app in around 7 android phones on the day of hackathon. The app did great on
all the phones. As for releasing it on Playstore, we look forward to launch it sometime in mid June

The entire app is our own innovation. Starting with ideation to development, it was entirely our own
contribution. We have not referred to any source as such.
