3. STEP 1 Design Consultation The first consultation meeting ensures that I understand the needs, wants and desires for your unique landscape design. By discussing your personal aesthetic, lifestyle, current garden dislikes and aspirations, together we are able to identify the design goals to guide the realization of your dream landscape.

4. STEP 2 Site Analysis To achieve a design that is integrated with your existing home and surroundings, a thorough site analysis provides critical inputs into the design process. Inventory of existing on-site and adjacent property features, fixtures and character Assessment of environmental factors including micro-climate, soil, drainageand existing vegetation Developing property base plan including site measurements and grading to ensure accuracyof final design

STEP 3 Concept Development Every landscape design is truly unique as design inspiration is uncovered by understanding the personal interests of the client, unique site features as well as sourcing inspiration from my travels around the world. n Identify the primary source of design inspiration n Develop multiple conceptual designsfor the client

STEP 4 Landscape Plan The final output of our collaboration is a series of professional design drawings including: n Final Design Plan: A digitally-rendered coloured plan which displays all key features of the landscape design n 3D Sketches: Hand-drawn sketches of key design features will help you to envision the final project. n Planting Plan & Catalogue: A plan which identifies location, type of all planting recommendations and includes an image catalogue for easy cross-reference. n Dimension Plan: Provides landscape design dimensions for construction purposes.

13. STEP 5 Installation & Maintenance I will recommend vendors for the installationof the design and will also supervise installation to ensure consistency with the design. Following installation, I can provide maintenance instructions or recommend a garden-maintenance company to assist you with the ongoing care of your outdoor living space.
