submit, they will be directed to your sales video presentation for them to watch so no

for sales that fall under 1, 3, 5, etc., you will earn full direct referral
commissions.

43. LEVERAGE SHARING INCOME ILLUSTRATION
To illustrate this or make clear how the
system works, look at the diagram.
Example, person R referred you.
Then, YOU made your first sale which is
1, since it does not fall under the leverage
sharing sequence, you will have full direct
commission of Php 2,000. Now, you had
your 2nd sale. Since it falls under the
leverage sharing sequence, you will earn
Php 400 and share Php 1,600 to the next
active affiliate or the person who referred
you. On your 3rd sale, again you get full
direct referral of Php 2,000 because it
does not fall under leverage sharing
sequence. On your 4th sale which falls
under the leverage sharing sequence, you
earn Php 400 and share to the next active
affiliate Php 1,600.

44. To continue the sequence, on your 5 sale, you get full direct commission of Php 2,000. On
your 6th, it falls under leverage sharing sequence so you earn Php 400 and share Php 1,600
to the next active affiliate. The 7th, 8th, 9th sale, you get full direct commission of Php
2,000. Then on the 10th sale, since it falls under leverage sharing sequence, you earn Php
400 and share Php 1,600 and every 5th that falls under the leverage sharing sequence, you
earn Php 400 (example 15th, 20th, 25th, etc.). In between these, you will earn full direct
commissions of Php 2,000 each sale (11th, 12th, 13th, 14th; 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th; etc.). This is
how the leverage compensation plan of Ignition Marketing works.

45. I know what you’re thinking. “Parang lugi yata ako, ah.” Those are my sales, “efforts ko
mga yan, bakit mas maliit pa kinita ko?” Okay lang yan. Bakit? Dahil okay lang na
mamigay ng pera kung ang kapalit ay mas malaking halaga o dahil babalik din ang mga

through LEVERAGE system like most company owners do. They leverage their time by
hiring other people to work for them and earn out of their efforts kaya sila yumayaman.
Sa Ignition Marketing, may chance kang kitain ang kinikita ng mga company owners o
higit pa pag nagsigpag. Basically, you will earn leverage sharing commissions from the
sales of your front line of your referrals. Your front line commissions are not part of the
leverage sharing commission sequence. Similarly, your front line affiliates are not included
in the 2, 4, 6, 10 and every 15 leverage sharing sequence.

47. Again, your frontlines are 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, etc…These
frontline affiliates will be the one to share the leverage commission
from their 2nd, 4th, 6th, 10th, and every 5th sale.
Your frontline referrals will
be the one to share you
leverage sharing
commissions.
Example:
Look at the diagram, your 3rd
frontline will pass up to you
a part of the sales of those
that fall under the leverage
commission sequence, 2nd,
4th, 6th, 10th, and every 5th to
you. Sipagan mo lang and
you will achieve true earning
through leverage system.

48. To reiterate again, your frontline affiliates will be the ones to share the leverage
sharing commission to you from their 2nd, 4th, 6th, 10th and every 5th sales which is
part of the leverage sharing sequence.

49. Not only that, since your
frontline affiliates refers
(example 1), the 2nd, 4th,
6th, 10th and every 5th
referral of your front lines
are connected to you, so
every time they make a
sale, you will earn Php
1,600 because they are
considered as your
frontline affiliates, etc.

50. Again, all those who belong to your
frontline affiliates, you will earn Php
1,600 on every sale that belongs to the
leverage sharing sequence that is 2nd,
4th, 6th, 10th and every 5th. As you can
see, pahaba ng pahaba yong frontline
affliates mo, padami ng padami ang
number of affiliates that gives you
leverage sharing commission. Tuloy-tuloy
yong leverage na makukuha mo.
If you realize, it’s not your effort.
Effort ng frontline affiliates mo, effort
ng ibang tao pero patuloy kang
nagbebenefit at kumikita from their
effort kaya patuloy kang gaganahang
gawin yong business at patuloy mong
i-build ang team mo.

51. Ang full direct referral commission for Basic Level Member is Php 2,000 (availed
once only) per OPT and leverage sharing commission is Php 1,600 per OPT for
sales generated on our first product, Online Prosperity Training (OPT) package
alone. How much more if we add your earning from people who availed the Elite
Inner Circle (EIC) product, that’s a big income. See next slides on how you earn
through the EIC product.

52. Please don’t be confused that it’s like MLM or network marketing ang compensation plan
ng Ignition Marketing. It’s not true, totally different because if you analyze, Ignition
Marketing simply pay you on one level only. Wala pong level 2, 3, 4 etc. and no
membership fee, just buy and sell our products. Again, Sa first level ka lang kikita ng
commission parang sa direct selling pero dahil may leverage sharing feature ang
compensation plan, nagagawa mo pa ring kumita mula sa efforts ng iba. Ganito kaganda
ang compensation plan ng IM pag affiliate member.
As mentioned earlier about membership levels in IM, every product has its
equivalent …
Example, the Online Prosperity Training worth Php 2,999, all those who bought this
are automatically considered as BASIC LEVEL Member.

53. HOW MUCH WILLYOU EARN WITH ELITE INNER CIRCLE
In Ignition Marketing, we also have other products.
As mentioned, all products have equivalent level.
If affiliate members purchase Elite Inner Circle or
upgrade, they belong to the ELITE LEVEL. If
you’re an Elite member, you will have access to the
weekly and ongoing live webinar trainings and
you will have access to the Pinoy Marketing Tool
na magamit mo to generate more prospects and
leads to your business. The price of this is Php
1,499 per month.
Monthly purchase and commission that you will earn with
Elite Inner Circle
For example, you refer a member who upgrades to Elite level,
your commission is Php 1,000, since monthly payment, kikitain
mo itong residual commission as long as your referral continues to
maintain as elite member monthly. Just want to inform you that
this is optional. You can buy it or not. It’s totally up to you but if
you upgrade to Elite level, this will open you to greater income
potential.

54. SCENARIO 1: If you’re not an elite member
or you didn’t upgrade to Elite Level.
You decided to just buy OPT so you become a
basic member.
If you referred someone, let say Ana (see
illustration). Ana saw the potential earning in
Ignition Marketing so she decided to upgrade to
Elite level by paying Php 1,499. The monthly
residual which is Php 1,000 na kikitain mo sana
if Elite member ka ay lalagpas sa ‘yo at
mapupunta yon sa next active na Elite member.
Example, Ben referred you and he is an Elite
member, since you’re a basic member, the Php
1,000 residual commission will go up to Ben
who is the next elite member

55. SCENARIO 2: Your membership level is
BASIC and the same is true with the person
who referred you.
For example, Ben (see illustration) is not an elite
member, also BASIC like you, lalagpas din yong
commission sa kanya. Hahanap ng system ng
next na active na Elite member at sa kanya
mapupunta yong residual na Php 1,000 monthly
residual income.
WHY IS THIS SO? We made this rule because we believe that this is the most ethical
way to conduct a business. We only allow members to earn commission from the products
na nasubukan nila mismo, dun sa product na mismong ginagamit nila. Gusto naming
iwasan sa karaniwang nangyayari sa network marketing industry, homebased industry na
yong mga networkers, affiliates ay nagpropromote at nagbebenta ng products na sila
mismo ay di nila nasusubukan at di pa nagagamit, naging unethical ‘yon dahil ginagawa
nilang i-promote yong products na ‘yon para lang kumita. Here at IM, gusto naming
maging ethical and we only allow na kumita ang mga members mula dun sa products na
mismo nilang nasubukan at mga products na mismong ginagamit nila.

56. Imagine if all your referrals upgraded to Elite members, what happens ay lalagpas
lahat ng residual income sa next active Elite member pag BASIC member ka. Okay
lang sa kanila na hindi ka mag-upgrade dahil mapupunta sa kanila yong residual
income pero syempre we want you to earn this residual income dahil you deserve it,
pinaghirapan mo. That’s why we encourage you to upgrade to elite level and every
month, you will earn residual income.

57. THE ADVANTAGE OF BEING AN
ELITE MEMBER
Imagine if you have 10 active Elite
members and every month, they maintain
by paying Php 1,499 to stay in this
position to use the benefits. From that 10
elite members, you will earn around Php
13,200 or more additional passive residual
income. Once again, monthly residual
income. One time effort to refer these
members to elite members but because
they’re maintaining, paulit-ulit mong
kikitain ang residual commission. I think
no other opportunity offers this kind of
passive residual income that you will earn
paulit-ulit sa ganito kaliit na team, only 10
members upgraded to Elite member. Just
imagine if more than 10! Again, this is
how powerful the compensation plan of
Ignition Marketing is.

58. Ang full direct referral commission for an Elite Member is Php 1,000 (can be
monthly if members maintain) and leverage sharing commission is Php 800.
This is in addition to your earning with Online Prosperity Training package.

59. Online Prosperity Training and Elite Inner Circle Simulation Commission
Let’s combine your earning as both BASIC & ELITE MEMBER
To show you how this commission works
when you decided to make this a serious
business after you buy OPT and upgraded to
Elite level, let say you referred Jon (please
see diagram) who upgraded to Elite also,
you will earn Php 2,000 (one time only)
plus Php 1,000 per month (if maintains
monthly) as full direct referral earning.
Jon referred Mat and earned also Php 2,000
and Php 1,000 per month because Mat
upgraded to elite. Jon referred Liza and
since Liza falls under the leverage sharing
sequence (2), Jon earns Php 400 plus Php
200 per month and based on rule #1
(affiliates will share commission) under
the leverage sharing sequence, you will earn
Php 1,600 (one time only) plus Php 800 per
month residual income if maintains elite
membership.

60. Let’s continue, let’s say, your
next referral is Mark, you
earn Php 400 plus Php 200
per month residual income.
WHY? Because Mark falls
under the leverage sharing
sequence (remember 2nd, 4th,
6th, 10th & every 5th) so the
Php 1,600 and Php 800 per
month will go to the next
affiliate member who is elite.

61. In the scenario below, nagsipag ka and
you have your 3rd sale, let’s say Rex. He
decided to be a BASIC member, you will
earn Php 2,000 full direct commission
because it does not fall under the leverage
sharing sequence (rule #2: Frontline
affiliates).
Si Rex nagkaroon ng sales in the person of
Len who decided to become an Elite Member.
What happens is that, dahil hindi Elite
member si Rex, mapupunta sa ‘yo yong Php
1,000 residual income dahil ikaw ang next
active Elite member. This continues.

62. THE BIG MONEY FOURmula
Let’s talk about the BIG FOURmula Potential Income
Gaano ba kalaki ang kikitain mo if every month may 4 sales na pumapasok?
Please note that we’re talking here about one product and that is Online
Prosperity Training (OPT) package.
On Your First Month, you will earn Php 4,800

63. On your 2nd Month, you will earn Php 6,400. Your earning comes from those in RED
(see illustration) below 1 and 3 who referred these sales based from the diagram below.
Please take note that they are not your direct sales referrals but referrals of 1 & 3. Since
they fall under the leverage sharing sequence, on your 2nd month, you will earn Php 1,600
each for a total of Php 6,400. Please take note also that you already availed your full direct
commission of 1 & 3 on your first month so it’s not included on your 2nd month.

64. On your 3rd month, your potential earning is Php 12,800. Where this amount comes from?
They come from sales that fall under the leverage sharing sequence (2nd, 4th, 6th, 10th &
every 5th thereafter). The diagram below shows only if each has 4 sales per month. You have
no commission from your 2nd and 4th direct sales because they fall under the leverage sharing
sequence. Your commissions come from your frontlines (1, 3, 5, 7, etc.). Every time they
come up with sales, those that fall under the leverage sharing sequence, the commission
will be shared to you. So on your 3rd month, you have 8 that falls under the sharing sequence
and with that, you will earn Php 12,800. This continues on and on as long as each makes a
sale. Again, this is only an example if each one has 4 sales monthly. What more if more than
4, that’s a great income.

65. This is your potential income based on our BIG FOURmula using the
LEVERAGE SHARING COMMISSION SYSTEM. Again, if you have
more than 4 sales every month, that’s a great income.

66. If you total all your commissions in one year, your potential earning will be Php 13,105,600
using Leveraging Sharing Commission based on our example BIG FOURmula. However,
in sales, we cannot guarantee this to be perfect. Along the way, you may have 2 sales per
month, 3, 4 or 5 or 0. That’s the reality in sales lalo na pag hindi ka nagsipag. What if you only
attained half, you still earn over 6 million, if 1/4 only, still great income, even if you achieve
only 1/8, still a great income too at over 1 million in a year. Again, please take note that this is
just based on the sale of one product, the Online Prosperity Training. Your income from
Elite members who upgraded is not included here (monthly residual). That’s how big you will
earn in Ignition Marketing using leverage sharing.
