128 Sub-Dealers with 90 Lakhs target per month.
• In charge of sales and marketing activity in the assigned Territory through Depot operations
and Dealer network. Customers catered are Dealers, Sub-dealers, Builders and Contractors.
• Daily reporting of competitor’s activities and drawing immediate action plan for effective
counter action
• Motivating the team members of 3 executives and 3 depot staffs to service the Market and
thereby achieving target of 90 Lakhs per Month.

Role: Sales Officer
Duration: June 1998 – Nov 2004
• In-charge of Sales and Marketing activity of L & T Cement in Tirunelveli, Tuticorin and
Kanyakumari Districts
• Handling a team of 3 people and in charge of dump operations in Tuticorin started business
from the scratch against local giants Like India Cements and Madras Cements.
• Handled the avg. business of 3 crores per annum
• Conducted sales development activities like Mason meets, Architect meets, Contractors meet
etc., Also involved in Branding activities like In shop branding, Wall paintings, Selection of
