An Economics Graduate from St Stephen's College, an MBA from FMS and an LLB from
Delhi University, Mr. Shridhar (IPS) worked with Government of India for over 15 Years
where he also served in various premier Intelligence agencies of the country. He has a
deep and abiding interest in the domain of cyber security. He brings on table a ground
level understanding of the security environment and understanding of the system. With
entrepreneurial streak, in the last decade after taking voluntary retirement from the
Government, he has successfully built businesses under his flagship "Starlit Group"
banner. Besides Security , Starlit has interests in Real Estate, Hydro Power, Infrastructure
consulting, resource recovery and recycling. He has deep interests in the field of cyber
security.

the National Education Awards 2013. Over last 5 years, he along with his team have been

Mr. Mahajan is a Mechanical Engineer from Calcutta University and an MBA from IIM-Calcutta(
batch of 1970) with majors in Marketing and Operations Research. He has been

onwards, in varying environments and capacity. His last assignment was with Tata
Consultancy Services as an Senior Vice President and Global Head of Product Alliances
Group, prior to which he was the National Head of Corporate Strategy for HCL. He was
given the Life Time Achievement award by Oracle in 2006. He has served TCS, HCL, PCL,
Parle in his entire course of career and now joins Lucideus with a very high degree of

Partner to one of the largest Indian Multinational Brand across the globe for more than 15
