 Presently working in Hyatt Regency, New Delhi as Team Leader in
Kitchen Stewarding from 01st

Job Profile:
 All the F S M S , HACCP Record and great knowledge of high risk
policies of hygiene also responsible that my team work as per the
HACCP policies , and also make sure the nine high –risk policies
mentioned by the management are always taken into consideration
while hands on job.
 To organize and coordinate an F&B support team which ensures the
availability of equipment.
 To check the safety, cleanliness and hygiene of areas and equipment as
per international standards in order to maximize organizational
profitability and customer satisfaction.
 Direct and assist Stewards in order to make clean up more efficient.
 Support banquet and buffet by transporting and ensuring adequate
stock.
 Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish
washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash
compactor.
 Complete cleaning checklists to determine appropriate timelines for
cleaning and sanitizing.
 Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling,
disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
 Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;
report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager;
complete safety training and certifications.
 Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others;
support team to reach common goals.
 Planned the gas’s bank, garbage control system , charcoal room.
 Responsible for 30 Kitchen Attendant staff.
 Worked as Team Leader in Kitchen Steward with A UNIT OF
SUSSEGADO BAR & KITCHEN (A- I) from 14th
May, 2008 TO 12th
December, 2008. Joined as pre opening Team.
 Worked with Hyatt Regency, New Delhi as Storekeeper in Kitchen
Stewarding from August 2005 to April 2008.

 Peg board(Monthly PNL) report making
 OE Vendor development
 Monitoring of all KST machines (D/W machine etc) as per ISO22K guidelines.
