All the F S M S , HACCP Record and great knowledge of high risk
policies of hygiene also responsible that my team work as per the
HACCP policies , and also make sure the nine high –risk policies
mentioned by the management are always taken into consideration

To organize and coordinate an F&B support team which ensures the
availability of equipment.

compactor.
Complete cleaning checklists to determine appropriate timelines for
cleaning and sanitizing.
Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling,
disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
