After many successful years of “how to build interesting technology”, I’m now living the “why”, “what”, “when” and “at what cost” facets. What's my day like? There isn't a "typical" day, but I could move from creating a business case for a deal, working with finance to sort revenue recognition, negotiating an OEM agreement with a vendor, analyzing ARPU growth, creating a new pricing strategy or whiteboarding architecture with Engineering.
