Founder & Director
Marco Tiggelman has built his career predominantly in fast moving consumer goods, first in publishing and media, then
working for 8 years at Dutch conglomerate BolsWessanen in the chocolate division as Export Manager for Europe. He was
then transferred to London where he established the cheese division and innovated the sector with new advertising and pr
campaigns. After 4 years, Marco took on a role in the confectionary sector in Budapest and worked 3 years on strategic
projects whilst building export strategies for global brands such as Mentos and Fruittella.
With the aim of expanding the footprint of Wine Brand Australia within Continental Europe, Marco returned to to The
Netherlands and started in 2002 as Regional Manager for the Australia Wine & Brandy Corporation (AWBC). Responsible for
formulating and implementing the collaborative industry export, marketing and promotional activities,
Marco managed an international team of high performing marketers.
Backed by an intensive network across the globe, Marco founded his
own wine marketing agency in 2008 and attracted clients from
Argentina and Bolivia, to South Africa, Australia and back to Europe via
Ukraine, Moldova, Macedonia and Hungary.
Marco is a avid speaker on international forums, congresses and
platforms. He has developed key note presentations for the wine
sector for and on behalf of his clients.
