2. Purpose
Empower the individual to achieve Creative Freedom.
"Creative" in the sense that the individual is able to design their
own life in a capitalist society.
"Freedom" in the sense that these individuals are absent of the
cultural barriers that impede them from doing so.
It is in this "Creative Freedom" that we believe global prosperity
can flourish...

Eliminating Fear:
If provided with the right foundation and framework an individual can
achieve more wealth operating independently rather than working
within a traditional hierarchical structure.
Eliminating Desire:
By eliminating fear and developing this better micro-economic system,
you can allow for the individual to focus only on the service they
provide to others and society as a whole.
4. Supertrainer
The corporate gym, and the majority of traditional capitalist
institutions are primarily focused on the return of their efforts.
Members of these organizations are living in fear of their
job performance and salary rather than devoting their time
and energy towards the care of their customers.
We sought out to build an infrastructure for the personal trainer
to operate as an independent entity.
5. Supertrainer
We used anthropological research techniques to pinpoint
the needs of this particular individual and developed a
framework that all personal trainers could use to achieve
creative freedom in their role.
We figured out what the "Trainer" looked like in culture, and
what the "Supertrainer" would look like in culture.
We then built the path for that trainer to accomplish this.
6. Supertrainer
The result was the mentality set forth in the brand
"Supertrainer" and an online application to assist in the
personal trainers transformation towards Creative Freedom.
7. Superfan
Tim Lebeau began taking many of the ideas developed in
Supertrainer and relating it to another set of individuals: fans of
sports and music.
We realized that there was a core foundation that we were
building that could be applied to many different individuals and
consumer needs.
8. Superbrand
A series of brands that cater to the individuals quest in
achieving creative freedom.
10. Foundation
The mindset of "Super"
"Super" is the adoptable mentality of transcending mediocrity
and becoming the master of ones craft.
This is the foundation of an individuals complete focus on the
quality of their behavior and service.
11. Framework
Outline a path for these foundations to build on
Design a framework or path to help these individuals work
towards their purpose.
In our experience, this is achieved through a form of
anthropological research.
13. Resource Library
Brand:
Characterization of "Super" relative to the embodiment of the
mentality of dedication towards ones craft and superiority.
Cloud Infrastructure:
Online applications that contain immediately accessible data
using the mobile and WIFI networks.
App Design:
Applications designed with both a focus on tackling general
tasks as well as architecture relative to an individual.
14. Resource Library
Gaming Dynamics:
Behavior driving agents that incentivize and reward the user for
following the path laid out within the framework. Becoming the
"supertrainer" is like beating a video game.
Transparency:
This path that the user embarks is displayed on the internet. All real
life results of the users service is displayed. This provides credibility to
the users service.
Facebook:
All of this output is displayed in real-time to the users Facebook
network. This allows the user to advertise their service by... doing their
job!

Alliances:
Alliances with organizations that cater to the individuals
purpose and service.
Education:
Providing free information for the global advancement of
knowledge in the users field.
