Little Sugar Creek Greenway
The entire Metropolitan development is adjacent to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, a reclamation
project being carried out by the City of Charlotte.
The Greenway follows Charlotte’s Little Sugar Creek and provides bike path and outdoor spaces.
When complete, it will be 15 miles long, stretching from the South Carolina line to just north of
Uptown Charlotte.
Metropolitan incorporates access to the Greenway into its seasonal eventing activities. The
restaurants take advantage of the Greenway as well, with grade level and mezzanine dining areas
oriented to overlook the open space.
Affordable Residential Units
10% of residential units are made affordable to residents qualifying with 80% of AMI.
