Individual Activity Small Group Activities
Individual self-interest;  relationships remain undeveloped; shy and hesitating to give and receive  feedback; learning pace is relatively slower; interaction is not extended to important areas such as PD & Soft Skills; pride / jealousy get encouraged, distancing the students.
Individual orientation gets backseat;  relationships begin to develop; giving and receiving feedback becomes easy and natural; learning pace becomes faster; besides curricular, many other important aspects, particularly PD & Soft skills get properly focused; a sense of cooperation, trust, mutual interest & learning orientation get encouraged; adjustment processes are better appreciated; Team skills, Leadership qualities begin to get recognized; better appreciation of mutual dependency; overall development, in a substantial manner and to a  sustainable  extent  becomes a distinct possibility.
SGA its ability to serve as a catalyst to relationship building leading to equipping you for the future Students begin to identify  their strengths and gifts,   along with weaknesses, if any,  start recognizing the available opportunities much better,  compare the same with what others have, and more particularly with what is expected of them, learn from others and be willing to allow others to learn from them ~  relationship building occurs as improved connections are made.

Personality Development must be encouraged so that  the individual can be inspired to realize his maximum potential.
Without developing and improving Time management skills personal productivity cannot be improved.

What are my strengths ? Which areas need improvement ? How do I develop these skills ?
Think ahead:  Focus your attention on long-term goals.  This means thinking through the long-term consequences of your actions.
The key goal of personal development is to strengthen CHARACTER.
Eliminate every addiction.  drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gambling,  and many other negative habits which can  completely overtake your life.
Wishing alone will never get you to your desired destination.  Only purposeful action will get you there.
Personal development involves learning, growing, setting goals,  planning, and making wise use of resources such as time and money.
As a Teacher, we must accept the responsibility of encouraging  our students to develop their Personality.
